A ‘Marvel Snap’ Sera Surfer Zabu Deck For The Climb To Infinite

Surfer

Marvel Snap

Once again, I have stolen a great deck that I am finding fantastic results with in Marvel Snap. This time, it’s from my friend Nick Statt, who have shown me the ways of combining the last two battle pass cards for something rather spectacular, Silver Surfer and Zabu.

A normal combo deck will have Silver Surfer buffing a whole host of 3 drop cards on your last turn, and while that’s always a great play, the addition of Zabu, a 3 drop himself, and two four drops he can reduce, Wong and Enchantress, has made this deck an absolute monster for me. Here’s the list:

2 – Psylocke – Probably the card I’m least convinced about in this deck, but you can get Wong out early if you want to risk it, or you can player he with a 3 drop on turn 5 if you haven’t draw Sera for extra energy in your last turn. Alternative here would be Forge.

3 – Ironheart – While Silver Surfer is your ideal Wong partner, I’ve had many games where a wild Wong-Mystique-Ironheart combo has still done wonders for me.

3 – Mystique – Mainly for duplicating Wong, usually as a surprise on turn 6 with Surfer, as hopefully your costs have been reduced by Zabu and Sera to play them all. But she can also echo Zabu or Sera in a pinch. And she’s a 3 drop who Surfer will buff.

Silver Surfer

Marvel Snap

3 – Silver Surfer – The hardest hitter, and the one that’s very hard to win without. Double buffs on Wong, quadruple on Wong/Mystique. Wild times.

3 – Wolfsbane – Probably the 3 drop that you can sub out for a different once if you want to, but she’s too good when paired with Brood. Also she can double or quadruple activate on Wong in a pinch since she’s On Reveal.

3 – Brood – You simply cannot have a solid Surfer deck without Brood, and my Brood lanes in this deck can routinely hit 40-50 power.

3 – Zabu – The new kid on the block who is taking the cost of Wong and Enchantress down to 2. Down to 1, if paired with Sera, making for some insane combos.

3 – Cosmo – For preventing rival Wongs or other heavy On Reveal decks. Just don’t screw over your own Surfer, which I have done plenty of times.

3 – Wave – Essentially you play her on turn 3 to get Sera out early, or you don’t play her at all. Maybe as a turn 6 emergency drop to get buffed by Surfer.

4 – Wong – You know what he’s doing here. Pairs with Surfer, Ironheart, Wolfsbane, duplicated by Mystique when you can.

Enchantress

Marvel Snap

4 – Enchantress – She’s a monster in the current meta. Doesn’t just stop Wong dead, but she slaughters Patriot and Destroyer decks singlehandedly. And she’s doing it here for 1-2 energy. You may want to save her for the very end to give your opponent confidence.

5 – Sera – Another core Surfer deck card but now with additional benefits when paired with Zabu for these valuable 4 drops for just 1 energy.

The ideal combo you are trying to get off is Wong-Mystique-Surfer for 6 energy or less on your final turn, which will quadruple buff every other 3 drop on the board. Very, very hard to counter. But also pretty reliant on the right draw combos, and no Surfer, or no cost reduction cards, you might as well retreat.
