The highly anticipated launch of Apple’s latest iPhones is just around the corner, but a recent report suggests that one of the four models, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, may be facing a delay. This news comes just as leaks have begun to surface online, revealing an exciting upgrade for the upcoming device.

The reason behind this delay is said to be a Sony component, an image sensor that will not be featured in the iPhone 15 Pro. It is rumored that the Pro Max will be equipped with a periscope camera for an enhanced telephoto lens. Unlike traditional camera mechanisms, a periscope camera uses mirrors to reflect light into the phone, allowing for an extended focal length. This results in a zoom capacity greater than the 3x found on the current Pro models.
